Foxy Lodge is nestled at Woodlands Lodge Retreat located in a secluded valley surrounded by wooded hillside and bordered by a pretty stream.
Here luxury lodges offer spacious pitches surrounded by flora and forna. The retreat is proud to be ‘Dogs Welcome' - hosting an ourdoor covered Dog Shower and 'Wooflands' an enclosed & gated dog play area. Dogs are also welcone in The Bar and in the lodges.
Woodlands Lodge Retreat is popular for couples looking for a retreat and for those families wishing to enjoy a traditional family holiday together close to the seaside.
The retreat is located just five minutes drive from the vibrant harbourside village of New Quay and only ten minutes from the boutique seaside village of Aberaeron. Also surrounded by dog friendly beaches. Here you can experience an array of outdoor activities including dolphin and wildlife spotting boat trips in New Quay, fishing, cycling and of course our fabulous coastal path which meanders along our rugged coastline. Enjoy artisan fayre & local produce in the diverse selection of bars, cafes, restaurant & shops on our doorstep.
Foxy Lodge is the perfect escape for rest & relaxation with all the comforts of home. Particularly popular with couples, this loved & cherished lodge offers a charming open plan living area with two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Third year staying at Foxy Lodge and it remains 5 stars in our minds.
Always extremely clean and in pristine condition, very homely and spacious, lovely decor to make you feel at home and gorgeous touches for pets such as water bowls, treats, fresh balls to throw on the beach.
This place now feels like a home away from home.

Extremely comfortable beds with quality bedding, towels
and kitchen equipment etc. The lodge is extremely clean and well maintained. Superb location, Woodlands Lodge Retreat provides a quiet, well maintained environment. Well positioned for visits to local attractions (we were most fortunate to see the dolphins in New Quay bay on this visit).
Dog friendly with a dedicated dog run area. Already booked for a repeat visit.
